How fast will I get my files?
Photo edits are delivered within 8 to 12 hours. Virtual renovation takes 12 to 24 hours, floor plans about 24 hours and 3D exterior rendering 2 to 4 business days. Large batches may take longer, and we confirm the timeline before we start.
Can you match my editing style?
Yes. Upload sample edits or written guidelines and we follow them on every photo.
Are my files kept private?
Files are transferred over an encrypted connection and are never published or shared without your permission.
Do I need to disclose virtual staging or edits?
Many MLS and local rules require virtual staging and heavy edits to be labeled, and edits must never hide damage or change fixed features. We can add captions or watermarks on request. Please confirm local rules with your brokerage.
Which file formats do you accept?
JPEG, PNG, TIFF, PSD, most RAW formats, and common video formats.
