Are my files kept private?
Files are transferred over an encrypted connection and are never published or shared without your permission.
Do I need to disclose virtual staging or edits?
Many MLS and local rules require virtual staging and heavy edits to be labeled, and edits must never hide damage or change fixed features. We can add captions or watermarks on request. Please confirm local rules with your brokerage.
Which file formats do you accept?
JPEG, PNG, TIFF, PSD, most RAW formats, and common video formats.
